PASDEC

This proposal is for a medium-cost housing development located on the outskirts of Kuantan along the Kuantan-Gambang highway. Consisting of 3 two and half storey and 76 double storey double storey terrace houses. In exploring a new typology, the ground floor living room anf first floor master bedroom are pulled away from the flank party wall, creating a corridor of light and ventilation from the front garage to the internal central courtyard. In doing so, these spaces are surrounded by natural light and ventilation with the garden and landscaping allowed.
