15 acres of seaside land should spell bliss for a resort. However with the entire site being flat and the requirement for mostly singlestorey accommodation, the challenge was to ensure that most of the rooms come with a sea view. A cluster of 4-unit was proposed with each unit containing 2 bedrooms. To ensure the sea view, some of these units have elevated living rooms. To ensure privacy in every unit, the elevated living rooms were strategically placed.
