Heritage Row in Kuala Lumpur plays host to a myriad of clubs, bars and restaurants. The fickleness of the clubbers forces many owners to continously change the music, food and also the decor. This is Palacio second birth. The colours are impressed by the original decor but a reduction process was put into place to ensure a cleaner and leaner design. The flamboyance of the original is still there except now it has grown up.
