This is a porposal for four units of five storey exclusive abodes in jalan kapas, bukit bandaraya. With the feature staircase and central courtyard rising over five floors, this dramatic space allows for the flowing of spaces between all floors, allowing one to look down from the top right down to the landscaped courtyard on the ground floor. On the third floor is situated the lap pool and roof garden enjoying views of the city skyline.
